Bookkeeper/Business Manager

We prefer a full-time person but will consider a part-time person with the proper skills.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. You will manage all aspects of the company's financial records and ensure that monetary transactions are accurately recorded and reported. Flexible schedule with the option to work some hours remotely.

We offer a casual work environment without a micro-manager, where you can work independently and take ownership of your work.

Responsibilities Full-Time: 35-40 hours

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Prepare monthly financial statements
  • Reconcile Customer Accounts in Point of Sale to G/L
  • Daily Close-out, Reconciliation of Point of Sale
  • Communicate financial information to the owner as needed
  • Submit timecards to our payroll provider
  • Submit instant rebate claims to Vendors

Responsibilities Part-Time: 25-30 hours

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Prepare monthly financial statements
  • Reconcile Customer Accounts in Point of Sale to G/L
  • Daily Close-out, Reconciliation of Point of Sale
  • Communicate financial information to the owner as needed

Requirements

  • 2-Year degree in accounting
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
  • Familiar with pivot tables in Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Retail accounting experience preferred but not necessary

Camera Sales - Imaging Specialist

Full or Part-Time Positions

Job Responsibilities:

  • Consistently deliver exceptional service and support to our valued customers. Assist our customers in selecting the right products and imaging services to meet their needs by providing accurate and concise information to meet their needs or applications.
  • Represent our company and its offerings with the highest degree of integrity and professionalism.
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to camera and accessory sales, imaging services sales, phone/email support, Social Media marketing, stocking, cleaning, and merchandising display areas, and always striving to gain knowledge of imaging concepts to share with our imaging community.

Qualifications:

  • Photographic proficiency, equipment knowledge, general computer skills, and digital imaging experience is necessary.
  • Must be self-directed, have good listening and communication skills, and enjoy working with people in a dynamic, team-oriented work environment.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred but not required
