In this course, we will discuss how to prepare your photographs for the best possible print. This one-hour class will cover how to identify the resolution of your photos and what that means with regard to the sizes they can be printed at as well as discuss how to best view your images on a screen to match the way they will look in a print. We will also discuss how the differences between the various standard print sizes will translate to the cropping required to make them fit and the various printing options available at the Camera Company to enhance the look of your final photograph.

Instructor - Steve Daubs
Steve’s passion for photography was born in the streets of Chicago followed by late nights in the darkroom in his college years at Northwestern University. Since then, he’s worked as a photojournalist, travel photographer, and, for the past 10 years, as a wedding and portrait photographer in Florida and Wisconsin. With more than a decade of experience teaching, he loves demystifying photographic concepts and helping people understand not only how to do something but why it matters.

Camera Company classes need a minimum number of students to register before we can hold the class. If the minimum registration has not occurred within two days before the class date it will be cancelled. All students who enrolled in the class will be notified by email and will be offered to transfer their registration to another class offering or issued a full refund.
