Macro, making small things BIG

"Making small things BIG" is a photography class focused on macro photography. This class will cover everything from the basics of macro techniques and equipment to more advanced creative approaches.

Here’s what the class will include:

An overview of macro photography and its applications
Guidance on selecting the right lenses, lighting, and accessories
Hands-on practice with various macro setups
Tips for capturing stunning detail and creative compositions

This class is perfect for photographers of all levels who want to expand their skill set and explore the fascinating world of close-up photography.We're excited about the opportunity to share our knowledge and passion for macro photography with aspiring photographers.

This is class is limited to 10 people.

Cost $50.00 plus Eventbrite online processing fee. It will also be held at our east side location on East Washington Ave.

1 on 1 Personalized Instruction



If you prefer more personalized instruction, The Camera Company offers 1 on 1 instruction. These sessions allow you to address only the topics you are interested in and answer your specific photography questions. Available in-person or virtually. $45 for each 30 minute block.

Minimum Registration

Camera Company classes need a minimum number of students to register before we can hold the class. If the minimum registration has not occurred within two days before the class date it will be cancelled. All students who enrolled in the class will be notified by email and will be offered to transfer their registration to another class offering or issued a full refund.
