It is often said that the best camera is the one that you have with you. Today's phone cameras are pushing boundaries, and are capable of a wide range of settings that allow you to conveniently capture the moment. In this course, you will learn how to maximize your phone's photography capacities and make it act almost like a DSLR. We will cover how to adjust settings, how to set up your phone, and how basic composition comes into play with your phone camera. This class is suitable for both iPhone and Android.
This is class is limited to 10 people.

I’m an artist that creates across media. While I specialized in craft and performance, photography and video lives at the core of my work. My research addresses memoir-driven imagery, documenting pilgrimages and important sites. In May, I finished my MFA in 4D art at UW-Madison, and have taught at the university and community level. My work has been shown throughout the Midwest; in Performance Studies International’s Hunger publication; at Fringe Arts Bath festival in Bath, England; at Miami Art Week as a part of the PERFORMANCE IS ALIVE / Satellite Art Show that runs concurrent with Art Basel Miami; at Louisiana State University; in Ceramics Monthly; Emergency Index V. 8 and V. 9; and Aesthetica Magazine.
