Adobe Lightroom Classic Basics- Online
Thursday August 21st, 6:00-7:30pm

In this streamlined class, we will walk you through the Lightroom Classic workflow from import to export. We’ll cover the essentials of organizing in Clasic, importing photos, and in-depth editing and exporting.

Mastering Your Camera
Saturday August 23rd 9:00am - 4:00pm

This hands-on full day workshop is great for photographers who are seeking to get better results and take control of their camera, and what will make your photos work. You’ll learn about the Exposure Triangle (Aperture, Shutter Speed, and ISO) and the fundamental way they control the look of your photos. 

Sony Camera Basics
Tuesday August 26th, 5:30-7:45pm

During this class we will explore the settings on your Sony camera and explore different controls and menu settings. This class is perfect if you just bought a Sony or have had one for a while and want to know how to use it better.

Bird Photography Essentials: From Field to Frame, Sponsored by Canon

Nikon Camera Basics

Understanding Exposure
Wednesday September 24th, 5:30-7:30pm

This 2-hour class will give you a solid understand of ISO, shutter and aperture and how they work together to give you accurate exposure and give you the artistic look of the image.

Wildlife Photography Workshop Sponsored by Tamron

Lake Superior Fall Workshop
October 6-10, 2025

Arguably some of the best fall color in the Midwest is along the South Shore of Lake Superior in Upper Michigan. We will photograph the UP in all its autumn beauty during this workshop. We will visit amazing Superior shorelines, dazzling waterfalls, quiet inland lakes, and more! If the skies cooperate, we will also do some night sky photography.

Wisconsin Northwoods Winter
January 9-11, 2026

We’ll explore Wisconsin’s Lakeland region in all its Winter splendor, including waterfalls, national and state forests, a covered bridge, and more. 

Death Valley, CA
January 26-30, 2026

We will be exploring the mountains, sand dunes, desert, and more of the largest National Park in the Lower 48.

California Eastern Sierra-Nevadas
September 21-25, 2026

When one thinks of the Sierra-Nevadas, it's impossible not to concur up iconic images from the master, Ansel Adams. There's just SO much iconic beauty in this rugged range.

Utah and Nevada Spring
March 16-20, 2026

Early spring is an excellent time to photograph the parks of Utah - fewer people and maybe even a bit of snow against the towering reds and hues of Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, and many other dramatic spots in this workshop!

Oregon and Washington Pacific Coast

Badlands National Park, SD
